WUHAN SUNFULL NEW ENERGY TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. operates ROWAN SPAN and handles the inquiries you actively submit. Submit only information you are authorized to share. Inquiry information is used to respond to your request and prepare project discussions.
Project list in your browser
Adding a product to your project list keeps its identifier and quantity in this browser tab for the session. Requested dimensions and finish preferences are saved here only when you select Save item details or Save all item edits. Unsaved item edits remain in page memory; they are not written to browser storage or transmitted. This list contains no contact information or files and is not transmitted to us. Clear the list to remove it. If browser storage is unavailable, keep the page open or download your saved schedule before reloading.
Hosting and service providers
The inquiry service runs on a DigitalOcean virtual server in Singapore (sgp1). Submitted records, private attachments and the notification queue are stored in private SQLite storage. Private operational backups are stored separately on the same server. Aliyun enterprise mail is the configured email provider; queued notifications and actual mailbox delivery are separate states. The separate static visual review does not receive inquiries or files.
What the live service receives
The service stores the fields and attachments you actively submit, the source page, a submission identifier and the submission time. We do not collect unsent form contents. Email addresses are used for inquiry handling and rate limiting; public email providers are accepted. The server also keeps limited operational request and security records; do not put sensitive personal information in URLs.
Access & delivery
Inquiries and attachments are available only through authenticated owner administration. Inquiry details may be forwarded through Aliyun enterprise mail to the inquiry recipient. Attachments remain private and are downloaded through authenticated endpoints. An email delay or sending failure does not undo a stored inquiry.

A deletion request must also consider protected backups and any legal retention obligation; contact us to confirm its handling.
Files & security
Up to three PDF, JPEG or PNG attachments, 5 MB each. Files remain private and are downloaded only through owner-authenticated endpoints, rather than rendered publicly. Avoid sensitive personal data and information you are not authorized to share. File-type checks do not scan for malware; opening supplied documents requires separate care. HTTPS protects transfer; no claim of independently verified disk encryption is made.
