APPROVALS & EVIDENCE
Know what you are approving.
Use drawings to approve dimensions and interfaces, samples to approve visible finishes, and reports to review specific test results. Keep each record tied to the item and revision being ordered. A catalog image cannot stand in for all three.

A report should answer a specific question.
A fabric abrasion result is not a whole-chair durability result. A packaging procedure name is not proof that a specific packed item passed it. A supplier certificate must not become a claim about our company. Supplier listings and AI design references on this site are not blanket certifications or evidence that the selected item passed a project-specific test.

Drawing approval
Check dimensions, component interfaces, fixing details and the material schedule. Identify the exact revision and record open issues rather than approving an incomplete drawing by implication.
- 02
Sample approval
Label the proposed substrate, coating, fabric colorway and sample date. Define which attributes are approved: color and sheen do not establish construction, comfort or durability.
- 03
Evidence review
Request the issuing laboratory, report number, date, method and edition, specimen identification, conditions and scope. Match the tested specimen to the offered construction and record any difference.
- 04
Release record
Reconcile the approved drawing, samples, quotation and order schedule. Resolve substitutions, inspection criteria and the responsible sign-off before production is released.
FURNITURE BUYING QUESTIONS
Questions before you specify
Brief answers point to the detailed checks, source boundaries and next step for your furniture request.
Are all listed pieces certified for hotel or commercial use?
No blanket commercial certification is established by the catalog. Define the project requirements with the responsible professionals and request evidence for the exact offered material and assembly. A fabric report or supplier certificate does not automatically cover the complete item.
